Richi eventually moved to Arizona to join his uncle and work at the Rays on 7th street and Bell Road in Phoenix. He started in the business in New York and for 16 years did "Painting and pizza." Richi's Uncle owns Ray's Pizza in New York and his family owns most of the Rays Pizza locations here in Arizona. Richi arrived in Brooklyn, New York, and started painting houses to earn money while he stayed with his family. They have food outlets in various locations around the school: the Shack, the Sixth Form cafe, the main school restaurant as well as an outlet at the Sports. Richi immigrated to America in 1996, bringing with him the love of his regional Mediterranean cuisine. Taught by his father in Albania, Richi Borici learned to cook at the tender age of 9.
